Dawn Zazen on Wednesday Mornings

Our Wednesday mornings offer a quiet, intentional space to deepen our Buddhist practice together. We begin with a 30-minute period of silent meditation (zazen), followed by chanting the Robe Chant and a short service. Afterward, we will hold an open study hour where you are invited to explore Buddhist texts at your own pace, ask questions of Ōshin Sensei, or simply reflect. Come for as much or as little as you like.

Schedule (all times in EST):
7:00 AM – Zazen (Silent Meditation)
7:30 AM – Robe Chant
7:40 AM – Service
8:00 AM – Open Study Hour
9:00 AM – Break

Later, join us at 10:00 AM EST for our Weekday Morning Sit as part of our regular meditation practice.
As we continue to develop our liturgy and explore accessible forms of practice, we warmly welcome you to participate in this time of community and quiet reflection.
